Had to return a set of Christmas lights. Lady at returns was extremely polite and helpful!!! She returned my purchase to my original card and rung up the new set since they were on sale for much cheaper price. Took me longer to get replacement set then for her to handle transactions!!

I was waiting on a delivery today. Truck showed up. Refused to deliver. Said they would get stuck in driveway due to snow. There was 1 inch of powder and my driveway goes uphill to my house. We have made so many major purchases at the Oswego location that its ridiculous. Now..... I feel so disrespected. I made several phone calls , driveway is clear and they refuse to redeliver even though we took the day off to accept the delivery. I believe at this point they have lost loyal customers.

I purchased a gas dryer at Lowe’s in Oswego, NY on November 15, 2025. Was more than clear that we needed a conversion kit to propane as we do not have natural gas. The current dryer is propane so all the parts are on it. Today, November 25, was supposed to be installation day…NOT!!! We were contacted by CRST Solutions to be told the installer does not do propane installation but will get back to us. I called Lowe’s to be told that the conversion kit was never ordered and that it would take 17 days to be shipped to my house from Whirlpool. At this point I cancelled the order. I contacted a supervisor to express my distress and to give feedback regarding the major mistake the salesBOY made in not ordering a crucial part needed for the dryer install. I am fine with this being a learning exper

I am so disappointed with Lowes corporate policies! Tried to purchase a washing machine and was told by salesperson it would be available that afternoon for pick-up at the store. And to wait for a call. Called much later in the afternoon and was told it wouldn't be in store for four more days. During this the sales staff tried three to four different solutions and each was not allowed by corporate policy. I asked for a refund and was told it would be issued in a debit card. Imagine my surprise when a Lowes merchandise card arrived!! I am now trying to get a cash refund for the merchandise card. So far 24 hours with no authorization code from corporate HQ. Lowes, let your helpful and knowledgeable staff do their jobs!!!

This is well organized. Super staff are very friendly and courteous. The store is bright and clean inside and out. The aisles are free from clutter and easy to get around. This store has tons of instore specials. A very well stocked garden center. When in town you have to stop here.
