Mike Cutro did an excellent job on our home inspection. He was thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. He didn’t rush the process and made sure we understood both the major items and the smaller details, which gave us real confidence moving forward. I received an immediate call from Mike after he received my information. He was very nice to talk to. Answered all of my questions and was able to set an appointment that worked with my schedule. Dylan was the inspector that I worked with. He was very nice. Pleasant to me and the tenants of the house. He was very thorough and explained as he went through the process. He was true to his word. He arrived early to get a jump start inspecting the roof and exterior of the home to take photos; he even took time out of his busy weekend to accommodate us.
