Ruggio Restoration & SNOW

My parents were away for a week and were returning to Oswego the day after a major snowstorm, following a full week of snow accumulation. I called Ruggio Restoration & SNOW in a bit of a panic, and Frank answered the phone. From the start, Frank was professional and responsive but what really stood out was how relatable, kind, and genuinely caring he was. He took the time to understand the situation my parents were in, showed real empathy, and went out of his way to help make sure they could return home safely. He even brought some much-needed humor into a stressful situation. Small business owners like Frank are something special. You can tell he truly cares about people, not just the job. I can’t recommend Ruggio Restoration & SNOW highly enough.

Frank does AMAZING WORK! I highly recommend him. His plowing is excellent, he handled my special request so promptly and professionally when I needed larger area plowed due to oversized delivery. Frank was fantastic! He quickly responded to my request to ha enhim come plow our driveway and sidewalks. He fit us in fairly last minute and did an amazing job. He even went above and beyond to make sure stairs to the road were clear. His prices were very reasonable and he was very friendly through the whole interaction.
