I called because the cartilage on my shower faucet was broken and the water couldn't shut-off in the bath. Though the schedule was full, Judy was empathetic and was able to squeeze me in with an appointment within 15 minutes. Max was here 30 minutes later! We have worked with Max before and love his hard work, honesty, integrity, and easy-going demeanor! He is great!
