We've been using Chill-Craft to service our refrigeration and ice making equipment in our dining hall for years now. They're prompt, don't try to sell you on useless band-aid fixes, and provide you with reasonable and honest costs up-front once they've diagnosed the issue. I had a pass-through reach-in that kicked the bucket last year and the tech was straight with me letting me know how much the repair would be so I could weigh my options. We ultimately went with a replacement from an equipment wholesaler, but the point is, they didn't string me along with a bunch of patches to rack up the bills. They keep our refrigerators, salad bar wells, and ice makers operating within spec for a facility that serves over 1500 people daily. I've used other repair services in the DC area and Chill-Cra

FYI --- We are a food service operation - 21 years - with a superb & Honest reputation - this is a truly honest warning WARNING ---- they will come and put a band aid on your problem. You will continue to have an issue. They will claim it is a new issue even though it could be 2 days later. Then when you call another company you will be amazed when they find the real issue and solve it with one call - one bill. This was not the first time this happened to us but i will tell you it was the last. This also has happened to our neighbor. it is not an easy catch unless if one has the foresight to call in a new repair company and the truth is exposed.

The staff at Chill-Craft are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for an HVAC company. They are a family owned business and they treat their clients like they are a part of their family.

We had trouble with our ice machine at the restaurant and Chill-Craft came right out and fixed us up! Slight confusion on pricing, but all got worked out and the ice machine is once again working!

Great company, Polite, responsive, professional, it's refreshing to have a company actually do their job well, keep it up team!
