While I'm outside of their service area and cannot comment on that, Ann was absolutely amazing to speak with. She quickly informed me unfortunately I lived to far away from them to work on my chimney but then spent 15 minutes answering all of my questions even though it wouldn't result any any billable time for them. You're a credit to small business Ann, thank you so much for taking time to speak with me.

Chimney Care Plus did a great job repairing the crown of the chimney as well as repairing the mortar and replacing the chimney cap. Larry is very knowledgeable on chimney care, was prompt, professional and I highly recommend them.

On time and efficient! They sprayed a sealant on the leaking chimney cap to temporarily prevent any more water ingress while waiting for the new custom-made cap. They didn't have to do that, but it was very much appreciated! Excellent customer service

Called Chimney Care Plus for a second opinion (quote) for an inspection and clean, crown repair, liner and insert installation, and very glad I did. Larry and the crew always showed up on time as scheduled. The quality of work and professionalism is something to be proud of as a business. From the appointment setup with Ann to the install with Larry and his crew, we couldn't be happier with the process. Saved me quite a bit of money as well, as compared to my first quote. They will be my go to chimney/fireplace folks from now on.

We contacted Chimney Care Plus LLC for flue inspection and cleaning. Larry was very professional and completed a thorough inspection documenting findings and providing photos of his inspection. Resulting from his recommendations we requested installation of a lock top damper. For both jobs Larry kept the area clean and protected the carpets. I highly recommend this company.
