Ross was our technician and couldn’t have been nicer!!!! He lit our pilot light (it’s a tricky system). He walked me through using it and we discussed if a new gas fireplace was a good option. He was very helpful and got us back up and running. I expected to get a bill at the end, and he said it was a courtesy inspection (my words) and no charge. I was shocked! One other place we contacted wanted $249 just to come look.
