Church's Carpet

I called to find a matching carpet for my apartment after accidentally bleaching a large spot in the bedroom and hoping to get my deposit back. They returned my call and confirmed they had worked on an apartment in the complex. I brought in my swatch, but the colors were slightly different. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely patient and kind. He gave me the small piece of carpet I needed, along with some extra for any mistakes. He even offered to send someone to fix the patch, which was incredibly thoughtful. I can't recommend this place enough—thanks to them, I got my full deposit back!

Church's Carpet has excellent products with an experienced local installer at a very competitive price. New LVP Mohawk Puretech Plus flooring (Made in the USA) installed 3/25, and the finished floor is great. I got a quote from Lowes for Stainmaster, and Church's was very competitively priced with a superior product. Steve and Frank are really good people to deal with.

Have reached out twice and spoke to Frank and have not got a call back. It's a big project that we've talked about and no other place we wanted to work with but since we couldn't get a response back and was left in the dark with materials he was suppose to get to us. Mission failed.

We recently re carpeted a new house we purchased. Like always we set a budget and due to the number of rooms staying on budget was very important. We shopped hickory, surrounding towns and even a few internet sites and picked Church's due to advise of our interior designer. We are very happy we did!! Not only was Steve and his crew competitive they were beyond professional. Due to the the sub-flooring in some of the rooms a few thresholds had a uneven edge you could feel when barefoot. Steve returned several times over a couple months to find a solution to our issue. This requiring him to send a guy out another full day. I feel many companies #1) wouldn't want to return as it wasn't really their fault and #2) would charge for the the added items and labor. I don't write many reviews but

Excellent job on our floors. Nice, professional, easy to work with, good communication, fair pricing, prompt. They left the work space clean and neat—everything back in place. Had one small issue after the work was complete and they came out the next day and fixed it right up! Will definitely use them again.
