A year ago I bought a home and the central air didn't work. City Heating & Cooling Inc. came out and with in 20 minutes told me the unit was rotted out and couldn't be repaired. I was offered a $3000 used unit with installation or over $5000 for new. I Was charged $100 for the service call to be told all this. I talked with Carl from Done all Done Construction and wanted to do a couple tests. Low and behold my unit only had a couple of small leaks. With those repairs and then properly charged my central air was up and running. Within minutes it was blowing 57° cold air, and as it ran it just got colder.

We had our leaking A coil replaced and they rerouted the drain tubing for the condensate pump. We couldn’t be more pleased with the great job Ian did and just in time for the warmer weather. Fred came out Monday, had an estimate that day ( which was very reasonable) and the unit was installed Friday. We are cool and comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just moved to this area a year ago, and have had them come out a few times. They are honestly the best company I have ever worked with. They did not try to upsell or try to get you to buy things you don’t need. The repairs made were fantastic and always fixed the issues day 1.

Awesome experience! Had to replace an AC unit and price was very reasonable. Staff was friendly and professional and did excellent work. Will be using them to replace my furnace soon. Wished I could rate higher than 5 stars! Would highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs.

I called at 8:15. Dan (their service tech) was at our house by 9. He knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it quickly. He remembered my husband and noticed that we had replaced our furnace since our last call. They are family owned and operated. The owners are wonderful people.
