We couldn't be happier with the work CJM did to turn our attic into a home away from home. We were referred by friends, and we were not disappointed. The entire team, including the subs, were amiable, quick, clean, and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better GC than CJM. We'll absolutely refer them to others looking for builds or finishing and will most likely use them again when we refresh a bathroom or two. :-) Thanks again for the help!

CJM recently completed a project for us that consisted of remodeling a bathroom/laundry room and adding a small addition to the house. Cait and Mike both did a fantastic job managing our project. Cait is very detail oriented and kept the project on track and kept us updated along the way. She guided us through the project from beginning to end. The builders app they use to manage the project is very helpful. Mike is a great contractor who came up with some key design ideas and helped us navigate through a couple of remodeling challenges. CJM was a great contractor to work with, from start to finish! From discussing the vision of the project and getting an estimate to getting the project underway and permitted, to construction, and follow through, everything was easy and well communicated. Once we got through permitting with the town, construction was remarkably quick- no issues with long breaks or delays in the work here! When we wanted to make a couple of changes mid-project the process was smooth and CJM was able to accommodate in line, without disrupting the schedule. I really appreciate that CJM assigns a project manager to each project, meaning all communication was with one person who knew all the details of the project. Overall great people who did great work, with great communication!
