I could not recommend Dennis and his team more! We have used Molla Builders now for two major projects in our home- our master bathroom and the refinish of our basement. Dennis helped us to realize our vision for both spaces and we couldn’t be happier with both finished projects. His knowledge of the field and attention to detail made me feel very secure with all of his recommendations. Dennis kept us informed with every step and was very responsive if we had a question or concern. The whole team was friendly and considerate. We will definitely use Molla Builders again in the future!

When I needed to renovate the kitchen and bathroom for my new condo, I was referred to Dennis and his team. He was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable when we worked together to design and build these rooms. Dennis referred me to experts for cabinetry designs for the kitchen and tile for the bathroom. Both projects were completed swiftly and beautifully! I am so happy with the results and will be recommending Dennis and his team to others! :)

Dennis and his team are amazing! They instantly located the frozen pipe in our basement bathroom, opened a small part of a wall and ceiling, insulated the pipe and the surrounding area…then came back a few days later to close it up, after waiting to ensure that nothing refroze and everything was insulated properly. The entire finished area was so perfect, it never looked like anything was ever touched! Dennis and his team are very meticulous and efficient, they communicate the job in simple terms, are incredibly neat in their work, and could not be any nicer! 5-stars is not enough stars for Dennis and his team!! Not to mention that Dennis and his team did an incredible master bathroom shower renovation for us two years ago…that was definitely a 10-star job!!!

I am far too late in providing this review. Dennis and his team spent 4 months at our house last winter, 2.5 of which we were in Florida. Dennis is excellent with communication, has great ideas, is trustworthy, very reliable and has the best team! Ilya’s attention to detail is like no other. This team is respectful, always cleans up daily like they weren’t even there and finished the job within the given timeframe. So, YES, you should hire him if you’re lucky enough to get him! From day one we knew we were in good hands. These photos don’t even begin to describe the transformation. Thank you Dennis!!
