Crass inspector with little compassion for client and little consideration for my home. I was shocked at how brash he was during the inspection, how he rushed my questions. Felt like it was only about making the money versus providing quality service.The issue was resolved but the experience was terrible. I had another inspector come in a few days later and he was absolutely shocked at 1) my experience, 2) the results of the inspection, and 3) what was recommended.

so far good. I like the presentation that was give now I understand a lot. thank you. Jim was great in explaining everything. hope I don't have to call him back after 30 days lol. private joke. Jim was great. I am doing what he told me to do. Don't want to see any more mice. Thank you Jim.

Our technician Jim arrived 2 hours after I initially called for service which was amazing, I totally expected to wait days to weeks. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and excellent with my large sometimes not so friendly dog. He spent a lot of time educating me about mice and how to get ahead of the problem. I feel confident we chose the right company and are very thankful to Jim for all his help and the extra time he spent going through the house pointing out problem areas. We look forward to working with him throughout the year as needed. I highly recommend this company and in particular our technician Jim!
