Royal Air is by far the best. I was without heat for a week and had previously used another company that couldn’t help me. After finding Royal Air, I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Nick was my technician, and I can’t say enough about how amazing he was—both in the quality of his work and how clearly he explained everything. Marlene in the service department was also incredibly helpful. Their customer service overall was outstanding. Thank you, Royal Air, for an excellent job!

This was my first time with Receiving maintenance on my heat pump with Royal Air. They were very accommodating, patient, priced extremely reasonably and on time. One of the guys even paid attention to my dogs, which they were very thankful. Big shoutout to Marlene For being extremely understanding in the circumstances that I had as well. Where do we even begin? By far, the absolute BEST customer service I’ve ever received, from any service provider. After a significant snow storm, with snow still falling and roads not cleared yet, our electric heat stopped working. We had tried calling so many companies and none of them could send anyone out until the next day. Finally a neighbor recommended Royal Air, and we are forever grateful. We spoke with Kate when we called, and she tried her best to have us self troubleshoot to avoid paying a service fee for have someone come out. Unfortunately all the troubleshooting we did didn’t work. She was able to get a technician out the same day, and he arrived within 2 hours. He fixed this issue within 10-15 minutes. I called Royal Air this morning when I woke up to a chilly 59 degrees in my bedroom. I was able to get a same-day tech who pulled apart my 30 year-old system, found the problem spot (water pooling inside a component), and got me back up and running within an hour! He described additional testing performed, including the temperature and CO levels of my exhaust, tested the temperature of the air flowing through my vents to heat my home, and made sure that the drainage pump was clear and running. I'm grateful that it was an easy fix - but let's not overlook the reason WHY it was an easy fix: Royal Air has been looking after the HVAC systems in this family home for 30+ years, including regular maintenance and seasonal check-ups. Service technicians are friendly, professional, patient, and hig
