Clean King

Mr. Lee came to my house at the appointed time and was very professional and respectful of my house. He cleaned 4 of my area rugs, 8 sets of drapes and my be-loved couch in my Woman Cave. I was concerned because I have wood floors and they need to be resealed badly. I didn't want to damage my wood floors. He assured me that he didn't have to remove the rugs to clean them. The machine would use the minimal water needed to clean then has the ability to suction most of that water used. He assured me the rugs would be damp to the touch but should dry within 1 to 2 hours. Mr. Lee was right he did a great job on my couch and rugs. The dinning room rug was so dingy (I hadn't had it cleaned in about 3 years.) it is a high traffic area. The colors now pop Yay! LeAndre and his team were fantastic. We got our carpets cleaned in our house as well as a rug. From the first walk through I felt that they listened to our concerns and let us know what was possible and what might not be possible (ex. marker stains that were old, really high traffic areas). On the day of the cleaning the team was kind and professional. I was shocked to see the marker stains come out fully in my child’s room, and the high traffic areas look so much better. I will definitely use their services again.

Clean King is one of the best cleaning services I have ever used!!! Mr. Lee was extremely professional and he was very respectful of my time. He worked well with me on coordinating a time that didn't interfere with other business I had to attend to. The quality of products that he used were top-notch and he was able to get out numerous stains that I didn't think we're going to be able to be removed. LeAndre and his team were prompt, cordial and always checked in to make sure we were good with the progress and results. I was very impressed by how they laid out expectations and did a walkthrough before and after the process as well as during the quoting process. This type of customer service is extremely hard to come by. I'll definitely be referring them and look forward to using their services in the future!
