Clearwater Systems

We had a system installed which included a softening system, filtration system, and UV light. The sales representative and technician who did the installation were great. However, we’ve had a horrible customer service experience since then. Upon installation, we were told a rep would be back out in a couple weeks to test the water to ensure it was soft, iron free, and bacteria free. A couple months goes by and nobody came so I scheduled for someone to come out, which was fine. A few weeks later someone came and tested our water for softness and iron in our home. They took a sample back to the store and said it would be tested for bacteria because that had to be done at a lab. Fine - well… weeks go by and we hear nothing. I called MULTIPLE times regarding the water sample and got vague answ

I am impressed. With have an RO water system and every 6 months we change out the filters as required . I picked up new filters today to replace the ones I got back in the fall . What is good is that the price has not changed ! That is very nice . I am very pleased with the staff and service I receive . You are exceptionally nice people who I hope others will use your services .

Logan did a great job sanitizing our K5 system / Kinetico units and he answered all of our questions. We are extremely satisfied and will request him again next time. Thanks.

The service was great. Tyler is very knowledgeable. However, I can't help but think that had the salesman that sold me this system 10 years ago should've told me about an iron filter. He knew my water conditions and the system that was being replaced at that time. Oh well, my water is fixed now.

Service and Equipment is fabulous! We got the drinking water system because of having city water. When the guy came to give us the options, he explained things well and wasn’t pushy at all in which option we chose. He wanted us to be happy. We love it the system. The service is great! It was installed Tuesday n the faucet didn’t match our other kitchen faucet n they came and nicely replaced it a couple days later! We recommend them to anyone!
