Meadville Floors

I needed my floor repaired that Meadville Floors installed. When they arrived, they pulled up the damaged floor before they confirmed that had the correct floor in the van to do the repair. They did not have the correct floor. They made the repair with what they had and had to order the correct flooring. They returned a few weeks later with what I thought was the correct floor. I only looked at it briefly before I let them continue. After they left and the job was done, I realized this was not a match. I blame myself for not being thorough however the 2 men who were doing the repair HAD to notice it was not the same flooring. Color is close but the texture and finish is nowhere near the same. Bottom line the initial laying of the original floor was fine, hopefully you'll never need a repai

Well, Monday my wife and I spent over 2 hours picking out flooring. No small job either probably cost around $12,000.00. Scheduled for them to come to our house this morning at 830AM to measure for the job. Well they did not show up and we never heard anything from anyone as to why not did they call to cancel. That said definitely aren't going to be using their services. Guess they have enough money and don't want ours.

The person that I dealt with his name was Stan, just a really easy to communicate with person, very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun! Went the extra effort to try to get you exactly what you're looking for in flooring tile or carpet. Just a great place to deal with !
