Jake the project manager was wonderful. He was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He made sure he communicated any issues. Joe the man that installed my windows, was amazing. He was very good at his job. He was knowledgeable and efficient at his job. The only bad experience was dealing with the main office. It took almost three months to get the appointment set up. Then the day of the appointment Noone showed up. The office had me on the wrong day. I luckily had an email that proved I was correct. They had the crew come out that night. They finished the install. And the company corrected the issue. The I have no complaints about the window installation. I would hire Joe again to do any of my windows.

When we chose Home Genius Exteriors to replace our roof, we made the best decision!! The roof was finished in one 12-hour day, with quality materials and professional workers. Everything went smoothly, and everyone from sales to office to project manager Joe was easily reached and responded promptly. Great job!!

Brae is very personable and described everything he was doing. Geo and the crew were very friendly and did an awesome job installing the roof. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

My wife and I were very pleased with the job that Home genius did with the hardy board on our house. Hunter was a great project manager, and the two workers he had here worked very hard each and every day we are very pleased with the results of the project and think our house looks great. Hunter was very easy to get a hold of and was always responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend using Home Genius and Hunter as your project manager.

We received a quote. We were looking for a quote to repair our gutters which had ripped off from our house. The salesman pitched us an entire roof and gutter replacement. He was evasive about the quote. Asking what we could afford. Spent 3hrs at our home, trying to sell us more products than we were looking for. He took a vulnerable situation and what he believed to be naive adults and took advantage of us! Luckily we didn’t fall for it. We ended up receiving an alternative quote for 1/3rd of the cost. I don’t recommend.
