Best plumbing supplier around don't even bother going anywhere else unless you like wasting time
Maybe it was just a person I got to help me but the customer service was terrible. I needed a fitting for a range and originally went to Home Depot. The gentleman at Home Depot actually put in effort to try and help me but it was determine that Home Depot just didn't have the right size fitting that I needed. I went to Winters and explained to the lady what I needed and she immediately said that it wasn't going to work and they didn't have anything that would. Just as long as it took you to read this review, that's how long my experience at Winters was. The lady tried one fitting that was sitting on a shelf, by itself, behind the counter and that was it.
I called for help with our broken pump. My parents had used them previously, and recommended I call. Super nice, and super helpful! Sadly, I did not get the woman's name I spoke to. But she was awesome!!! Will recommend then to everyone, and definitely use them in the future! Thank you to whoever you were!!!

Seem to always have what I need at reasonable prices. Pleasant staff. Can't ask for more.
