We used KountyWide Septic, now Cleburne Septic, to pump out our tank in Cedar Hill. I was really surprised they drove all the way to our house but so happy that they did. It was a hassle getting the proper approvals from the City of Cedar Hill to get someone they approved out there to pump our septic. Lisa was so sweet and patient. The technician that serviced our tank was very knowledgeable and has many years or experience. He didn't try to talk us into getting an aerobic tank since ours is 35+ years. I truly believe that this company is not one who will try to empty your pockets and scam you. Lisa also sent in our reimbursement request to our homeowners warranty company and didn't complain one bit. If Cleburne Septic covers your area, I highly recommend them!
