Ordered a railing over a month ago. Was initially told it would be installed in 2 weeks. I had to call several times and was given the run around. I was told 1 more week. No one ever called or showed up. Then I was told there had been a death in the company. I was empathetic and was told 1 more week. No one ever called to tell me they were coming. When I called to inquire, I was told no one was coming. I asked to cancel my service and was hung up on by Joe. Just awful customer service!
