We had some pretty major renovations on our house recently, and as part of it, we had our exterior drain lines inspected. Most were hopelessly crushed or otherwise useless, and it was just a matter of time before we got serious water in our basement. John and his crew came highly recommended. In one visit, John was able to estimate the whole project, including all the complicated connections. His crew came in and, in ONE day, did high-grade PVC drainage on a fairly complicated property. John Massitti, owner of Cleveland Waterproofing Inc. and his crew are phenomenal. John explained in detail the entire process of our project mirroring the contract. Everything was done as promised. They show up when they say they will be there. They are conscientious, hard working, organized, highly skilled, knowledgeable, efficient. All their experience shows in their work, everyone has a job to do and they work well as a team. John even had one of his men move my plants and had them put back after the project was finished. CWI did excellent work for me. They pulled the correct permit, expertly cut the driveway and excavated down 8ft to the broken drain, waterproofed the exposed section, fixed the drain and drain tile, back-filled with gravel and got it inspected by the city in only 2 days (plus one day in the middle to let waterproofing dry).
