Cliff was very responsive and understood our needs. He came to our house several times before installation of our HVAC system. The guys that worked on it the first day worked very hard and diligently. Due to an ice storm, only one worker was able to make it to our house. He worked the entire day by himself. I would highly recommend this company. Fair prices and hard workers. On time and gave us a quote in a responsible amount of time.

We are repeat customers. Cliff's installed our original system. We discovered our AC wasn't cooling. We called 1st thing Monday morning and John, the service tech, was at our house by 8 am. He charged the freon we were losing and discovered we had a leak in our coil. He recommended a new system since ours was 10 years old. The charge he gave held us over until the new unit was installed the following week. On 8/6 our new American Standard heat pump system was installed. The installers were early, 7:15am. They removed both outdoor and indoor components and replaced with new in under 5 hours. Christina in the office, helped us with financing. The whole process went smoothly. We would definitely recommend Cliff's. They are quick and do a great job.
