Closet Factory

Over the last year and a half, Closet Factory did my home office, all closets (including the primary), built-in shelves, and a built-in entertainment center. Gina Gramlich did an excellent job designing all spaces. We started with the home office and got the wood look cabinets with glossy navy cabinet fronts. My office looks so good that during zoom calls, I’ve had several people ask if it was a virtual background. Reggie did a phenomenal job with the installation. We had such a great experience with the home office we called them back for the built-ins. The built-in shelving next to the fireplace was outdated and too deep so Gina came up with a design to reduce the depth without doing massive structural construction. It turned out so beautiful! First let me say my closet is absolutely gorgeous. I smile each and every time i walk in this room. Gina saw my vision when she came for my design consultation and hit it right on the nose. She has a great customer service attitude and sees and hears what the customer is desiring. I can’t say enough about how she has left a lasting impression on my heart. Then there is Dennis who by himself did the install. This man removed every board and 3 heavy cabinets by himself and took his time during the final install process and made this amazing dream of a walk in closet a girls fantasy. The Closet Factory installed garage cabinets, a work bench and a wall to hang brooms, tools etc. Both my designer Bryan and the installer Yasiel get a five star rating. Also high marks for their manufacturing and design center right here in Grapevine Texas. There was no waiting for it to come in from overseas. The ease of the installation left me the homeowner without any worries. I am just a customer so no I’ve not been paid, nor do I have any relatives that work there. I am just happy to support a made in the USA manufacturer.

Soooo we basically have a custom home designed by Shelli with Closet Factory. I'm obsessed with her designs and how she creates something that is exactly right every time. Our most recent project was the pantry. It's amazing, of course. Tyler was our installer and he did a phenomenal job - whole project took just around 5 hours. I highly recommend closet factory!
