Closet Factory

Our family had 2 bedroom closets and a pantry designed and installed by the closet factory team. They were easy to work with and the final product exceeded our expectations. They made me aware of an issue with two drawers and quickly resolved the issue. I had a great experience and would highly recommend the closet factory team.

Consuelo Brown did a good job designing three close systems for my home. One in the master and two in the guest bedrooms. These were older original closets that lacked space and organization. I had to perform the demo and touch up to prep the closets for install. Installation was terrible. I was the first customer they had in this region so I tried being patient. They had lots of issues that caused delays. The backer that I paid extra for was cut into individual panels instead of one consistent piece because their "machine wasn't working properly". This left big gaps that they used caulk to fill. It looks terrible and sloppy. Many of the pieces, drawers etc had rough edges because they had not sawn them properly. Elizabeth Jarman the sales person was very professional and punctual and friendly. The installers were very nice and friendly as well. They got the job done right and quickly. I appreciate their cleaning up the place after finishing up the installation.

Closet Factory more than met my expectations for the master closet they designed and built for me. It was a great pleasure to work with Ildi, my designer. She took the time to listen and understand my specific needs for what I wanted to store in my closet. This included all the sections for my clothing, purses, bed linens, shoes, etc. She also designed a mirrored cabinet as I requested, which gave me more storage space inside than I had before on an open shelf. I love having the full length mirrored door inside my closet. There is also a valet that pulls out from one of the hanging sections that allows me to hang whatever outfit I have chosen for the day.
