Steve at Closet Solutions was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did they do an amazing job at installation, they were professional and made this process easy. He gave me great ideas, and created a closet space that made a huge difference for my apt. I went to others before hiring Closet Solutions, and they were the most affordable and practical of them all. I am happy with the product and I will hire them again...FOR SURE. I told everyone I know about them.

I called this company for a quote and it took about two weeks to schedule the appointment. The man was very nice and came to my home to do the measurements and took his time. He spent over an hour measuring. He then said that he would give the measurements to the designer and I would probably get my quote in about a week. That was on June 20th. I’ve called repeatedly and left messages with Maureen about my quote. She informed me that the head designer was going to call me either July 3rd or July 5th. She never called. I called again and spoke with Maureen on July 9th and she said once again she would pass along the message and didn’t understand why I never received a call back or the quote. As of today they have just not responded at all and I never received the quote. Horrible customer se
