Closets by Design does more than just closets! We had a specific design in my mind for floor to fireplace height built-ins. Not only did the designer, Nancy, take the time with us to ensure she got correct what we desired, she got the designs and estimate completed in just 3 working days! In addition, for the installation, the two-person crew, was willing to take care, and allow us to make changes before installation with regard to placement and order of the pieces. This was extremely helpful as the drawer/doors sections needed to be reversed in order to keep access for an outlet, i.e. rather than installing the way designed, the installers made note of the issue and adjusted accordingly. Extremely happy with our closet project! Lisa did an amazing job with our design and proposal to tailor the space to our needs. Our install only took a few hours and the installers were efficient, clean, and professional. I’m very pleased with the overall value of this project.

The process from being to end has been fantastic. The initial review of the closet space, design set-up, contact reminders, to the final installation of well made closet drawers & shelves were done with professional ease. I will certainly recommend and plan to use again in the near future. Next item on my list of wants will be a Murphy bed install. Thanks for the wonderful services and beautiful end product!

From the design process to installation, the folks at Closets By Design were fantastic. The salesperson (Cameron) took all our needs into consideration and even showed us some ways we could save money. We are thrilled with the final products- a walk-in closet and a laundry room!!
