Went with CM Jones on getting mulch delivered this year, due to their price quote - which was $15-$20 cheaper than all other places for 3 yards. They delivered the mulch on time, however, they delivered roughly 2 yards versus 3. I called them to discuss this discrepancy and they were understanding, and said they would deliver more free of charge. I told them that I would only need 1 additional yard, and they ended up bringing 3. Two yards of extra mulch is not something to get excited about - more work for me to dispose of, and get creative to get it out of my driveway. On top of this, as they were delivering the mulch, their truck operator knocked down a power line that ran across the front of our driveway. Horrible service. This company was hired by our HOA. They skip weeks even when the weather is good to work. Our grass is scalped and covered with clover and other weeds. We have never had a service like that and our grass has never looked more neglected. Whatever you do stay away from this company. They are far from being professional, unfortunately.

In December of 2020 the CM Jones team ran their snow blower into my garage, damaging the door. Instead of flagging this to me, they allowed me to discover the damage on my own, and after repeated requests, finally sent someone out to inspect the door in June. It's now almost one year later and STILL NO REMEDY. They are unresponsive, do sloppy work, and are not to be trusted.

CM Jones is dishonest with the amount of mulch they deliver. They provide 1/2 a yard but say it is an entire yard. I'm surprised they have not been received more honestly negative reviews like this. Do not waste your time.

Great all around company top notch work best mechanic (Ed) keeping all equipment up to top notch , Chris Jones owner is a great guy wonderful business man and treats his customers and employees as he would his own family ! Great outfit !
