If I could give these Jokers less than the one then I would... They damaged my stuff and held it for well over a month. That doesn't even count the sales rep that undersole me space for my items on the truck.. only for me to then pay more when it all couldn't fit. I had to throw some things away that I really wanted/ needed because the truck was full as other people undersold they have to pay for more space that day of moving. I was more than willing to pay for all of my stuff to fit on the truck. But no I was lied to to make a quick buck. Anyway once I moved to my new home this company keep lying to me on where my stuff was and when it would get here. One day I'm being told 3 days from now another day I'm being told you have to wait when they find where it's at in the country and stop c

!!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES !!!!!! The absolute worst experience of my life. What they do to people should be illegal. First of all, they dont move your stuff. They contract it out to third parties. The carrier they used for our move to texas urinated in a jug in our garage, absolutely ransacked our house and left trash all over the place and left some of our items we paid to have hauled. The movers cut themselves and bled all over our sink and bathroom and did not clean it up. They will do nothing to help you and the uncharted are insane.. what was quoted as a 7,000$ move, turned into nearly 14,000. I wish they were local so I could show up and beat the hell out of the GM. If I could give them no stars, I would.. do NOT use this service. You will seriously regret it!!!

Where do I even begin? Coastal Moving Services was the worst company I have ever worked with. I was repeatedly lied to, especially by their so-called general manager, Eric Kramer . I was told that I only needed 2-3 days notice for a pickup and delivery. I moved from Oregon to Pennsylvania and was repeatedly told that my furnishings would be stored at a facility within 100 miles of where I was moving to. During the process for pickup, the cost went from $7,900 to over $12,000. Then they hired a mover, M&R Expedite Mover and Storage, located somewhere in Oregon, not in Pennsylvania where I had been repeatedly told my belongings were. That company charged me an additional $6,000 plus an additional 350 square feet. I initially had to pay 50% down and when they called to confirm everything a fe

Don't make decisions when you're frazzled. DON'T bother using Coastal Moving Services. Customer service was atrocious and joke. I was told I'd work with Eli who called me and hung up after 1 second (thank you, phone records) and ignored my 5 or so texts and 2 voicemails over 2 days. When he called me he told me I was hard to get ahold of and didn't address my concerns and laughed before moving on. Interesting that he got back to me after the timeframe to cancel passed so. I learned from Eli that he's been working at Coastal Moving Services for "33 years" and is "handcuffed to a desk" with "aches and pains." Eli is garbage. The movers didn't bother to call me to review my move, or to let me know that they were running behind 1 day or tell me that the reason they never called during schedule

First, they use a 4.9 on Google rating image in their advertisement. Literally a jpg, not a real review rating. They also use a few other google business profiles to funnel business to them. Extraordinary. The "general manager" who I spoke to, who even uses it on his email signature is just a sales rep who ghosted me after the account. They gave a quote. Called back, upped the quote by $4000. Missed the pickup of my vehicle. 24 hours into my 48 hour pickup window, I still had no clue if they were coming to move us. After about 20 phone calls they confirmed they'd arrive the following day. They did arrive, and then claimed my items total volume was 2200 cubic feet, another $5000. The truck that they were moving it on had a maximum capacity of 1792 cubic feet, right from the manufacturer
