Coastal Premier Cleaning

Stayed at one of their lovely rental homes that they service a few weeks ago and was very happy with my stay. Everything was so clean and we were very happy with our choice to rent this unit. Will definitely stay again.

Nicole and Team are phenomenal. My daughter had a package misrouted via a saved address for vacation delivery. The only way we could get help was to contact her. She took care of it within a few hours. I had been trying for 5 days another route but it “wasn’t their problem”. Nicole found out about the issue and took care of it with her team and mail is already rerouted to my daughter’s home! I am overjoyed with her kindness and care!!! She even sent the tracking code to assist us in this irreplaceable situation. Thank you, Nicole and Team! Y'all are awesome!!!

As a new short term rental host, I have relied heavily on others that know the biz to help guide me . The ladies at CPC are definitely a part of that resource! They have been patient, attentive, and very helpful! I consider them a part of my success team and look forward to working with them for years to come.

The cleaning company at first seemed very professional and on top of it. I was promised they could do small tasks like refill k cups and snacks, check inventory, and handle urgent and emergency situations within an hour, but this didn't prove to be true. There was an incident in which the cleaning company didn't leave the correct number of towel sets and instead of being able to drop them off the night of, they suggested the guest either wash a set themselves or go to another unit they cleaned and take a set. Very unprofessional! The guest didn't end up receiving the set until two days later after a member of staff dropped them off the next morning at the wrong unit. Mistakes happen, but the contact for the company was very difficult to reach as she was on vacation and there was no one el

My wife and I just spent a week in a HiltonHead condo. When we arrived, we were amazed at how clean the rooms were. In a condo just a few steps from the beach, you would expect SOME sand somewhere, but not in this condo. not a grain of sand anywhere, and all the surfaces were clean as can be. The Coastal Premier Cleaning crew certainly did a phenomenal job!!!
