Russel handled my HVAC repair quickly and efficiently during an intense six-day heat wave. Despite the delays of working through property management, he communicated clearly and got the job done without issue. We had an AC failure on a Sunday, and Russell came out promptly, repaired it, and advised on what the issue was and recommended actions to prevent further issues. Next time I called him he provided recommendations for me to take to fix the problem, and I got it taken care of with no appointment required. I appreciate the honesty and the fact he was willing to talk through what the problem could be, since he was out of town for a few days. He actually cared about fixing them problem and us rather than trying to milk a few bucks out of an unnecessary appointment. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the area and he'll be the first I call if we have HVAC issues again.

Obviously this is a beach house and as such ac and heat are crucial, so when your AC goes out you need it fixed ASAP. Not only was may call answered right away, but he was here looking at it within 15min. We wound up getting an entirely new unit, which was installed and running in less than 48 hours, before 10am on a Saturday no less, and we couldn't be happier. Well maybe I could, I mean in the existential what is happiness? But when it comes to your AC just go ahead and give these guys a call.

We had Russell put us a new heating/air system with new air ducts throughout. These guys did an outstanding job of removing the old one system then reinstalling the new ducts and heating/ac system. Once the job was completed they cleaned up all the trash and left my house very clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that’s looking repair or replacement if you want it done right.
