We’ve had Coleman Aerobic service our system since we moved here 6 years ago. The techs are well experienced and always ready to answer any questions. Jody in the office is very knowledgeable and has always been there to assist. The paperwork for the county has always been turned in on time. Great company ran by good people.

We have used Coleman aerobics since we moved to Glen Rose ( 3 years ). Great company. They have always been on time and have given us good honest service. We chose their contract option. No substitute, they’re the best.

After about 12 yrs of this system being installed my compressor failed and Coleman quoted and installed a new compressor. Last month my alarm went out. Coleman Aerobic quoted to replace the entire panel. Had another family owned Granbury company come out today and all that was needed was a new float and alarm buzzer switch.  Also, the Coleman tech had turned off all the breakers in the panel last month which caused my water level in the tank to rise to the top.  I was also informed that instead of replacing the compressor you could have rebuilt it for less than half the price. Switching my business. If I could give zero stars, I would. 1/23/26 Of course you would say that.

Coleman Aerobic Septic is the best in customer service! They communicate when they are coming to service my septic system and I cannot say enough about Jesse, top notch technician! Thanks Jesse & the Coleman Team!
