My moving services were very smooth and efficient today. I really appreciated that Brian and Eliza reached out to me to keep me updated on their estimated time of arrival and called when they were enroute. Eliza displayed patience, packing kitchen items I specifically identified to ensure my shipment remained in compliance with alloted weight allowance. Brian quickly packed and throughly secured all household items set aside in a location. He confirmed throughout preparation that items discussed during our initial walk through were being packed and often verified concerns by contact his supervisor. Brian clearly explained all of the final paperwork. Thanks for a smooth process Brian and Eliza!

We had a great experience with our team. Our packers and movers were attentive and kind. The only thing we’d change is that they only sent 2 people to load up the truck, and we are in a 2 story house where furniture and boxes needed to come downstairs. It didn’t seem fair to them that there were only 2 people so we ended up helping bring everything down (although we know it wasn’t required, they were very grateful) I think a team of 3-4 would’ve been more manageable for our home and beneficial for their workers as well. Overall a very pleasant experience though!

I highly recommend Missy the Mover! Her moving industry experience and expertise set me at ease in the midst of the chaos of planning a cross-country relocation. Beyond her skill set, Missy's personal demeanor is calm and pragmatic. She has a composed, level-headed approach to helping client relocate. Her problem-solving skill builds trust, and she is easy to work with.

Delivery scheduled for two shipments ended up being three. Numerous items damaged, including a Prism hot tub, Green Egg grill, king sized adjustable bed, executive desk, and printer. Parts box left behind. Furniture assembled days later. Plastic runners and cardboard boxes left behind all over the floor. We incurred additional hotel expenses because of their incompetence. No one to take responsibility, give us solid updates, or make it right. They told us they would not release our items until we paid in full. We paid in full within an hour of receiving their notice and received our items two weeks later. Coleman failed to schedule MSS, their 3rd party service, to uncrate the item on the third shipment. Missy “seemed” amazing at first- gave us all the information for our full service cross country move- promised to see to everything for us since we wouldn’t be at the house during the packing up period. Well, spoiler alert- she lied. It has been an absolute disaster of a move. We will never do full service again. She was a whole day late with packing up our house and this messed up our housecleaner and the closing process. The movers damaged the floors by dragging furniture instead of lifting it and this also added stress to the closing process. We had to promise to pay for the floor damage if the INS didn’t in order for the sale to go through. For the packing up part, at least 1/4 of our things were damaged or broken and we are missing 20-30 items, some expensive and some as large as a 10
