I was looking to get 3 lights installed over our garage bays. Called Colonial Electric. They sent someone out who took a look at everything and gave me a solid quote. I called them back and got put on the calendar. When the day came, 2 technicians came out and did a fantastic job. I'm about to call them again for another project. I highly recommend Colonial.

We just had Shawn and Eric from Colonial Electric at our home today to install a ceiling fan, replace several light fixtures and fix a few switches. They were very pleasant and professional. They had to build scaffolding to install the fan and the entryway light in our high ceiling. I was extremely impressed with their efficiency. The process of working with Colonial Electric was positive from start to finish. The friendly office staff took all of the information over the phone and explained the rates per hour. I believe that the pricing was very fair. We will definitely use Colonial Electric again the next time we need any electrical work done.

I first contacted Colonial Electric on 9/18/2023 to schedule residential service, since they had a high Star ranking on Google. I spoke with a nice lady about my need and was told that I would be contacted by a tech shortly to schedule my service. On 9/20, I called them again as I was never called by their tech. On that call the nice lady booked me for their next available date of service for 10/4/2023. Disappointed that I had to wait 2 weeks, we proceeded forward with that plan and they would arrive as early as 8:00am. On 10/4/2023, I never received a confirmation call for the day of or prior and at 12:00pm, I began to call them. NO ONE picked up at all in the 5 calls I made on that day. I left a voicemail and to this day (10/11) no one has still contacted me. In the end, I ended

I I called in the morning with an unexpected problem. Had a new stove delivered but the wiring was for a newer model. The house was a direct wire the older type and could not connect the range. Colonial was extremely helpful. Sent two gentlemen over after lunch who took care of the problem. Very professional, kind, friendly - I never felt uncomfortable with them in my home. Would recommend highly to anyone!!

We first used Colonial Electric in 1984 and have numerous times over the years. My son has also used them. They are courteous, professional and have done a good job every time. Their prices are reasonable. I'm very pleased and will use them in the future.
