Comfort First Heating and Cooling

Bobbi and Matthew were awesome! They were polite, professional and worked diligently to get the job done! I would like to recommend that Comfort First get some type of lift for the workers, especially for the coastal areas. This will help the greatly when having to lift this equipment up on platforms and in 2 story homes with attics on second floor. It will not only help there back, but help in possibly preventing a accident. Coastal Homes are built high as well as the outdoor platforms. Bobbi and Matthew got it done. They were great!!!

I started having issues with my A/C system and used my home warranty combined with Comfort First Heating and Cooling. My technician Trevor was great. Trevor was friendly and very knowledgeable the problem that I had with my A/C was that a fan was out. The best part is that Trevor had the part he needed to repair my A/C the same day! Now my A/C is working great and I had wonderful costumer service. I would definitely recommend Comfort First Heating and Cooling and to ask for Trevor to be the technician you need for any A/C or HVAC service needs!

Its never a good feeling when your heat goes out in the middle of the freezing night. I was referred to Comfort First by my home warranty company (American Home Shield) and was able to get a next day appointment. Sean W showed up and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got the part ordered to get my heat running again. He was transparent about the process and what to expect. I highly recommend Comfort First for your HVAC needs!

This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I have dealt with, and I feel it is important to lay out the facts clearly. I originally contacted Comfort First in November 2025 to be proactive before colder weather. During the initial visit on 11/23/2025, I was presented with three repair options. I chose the least expensive option, understanding it would take time to order parts. They returned on 12/03/2025, and again on 12/26/2025, where I accepted one of two updated estimates, once more choosing the lower-cost option. At that point, I was told their system would prompt follow up and that I would be contacted within a week to schedule next steps. That never happened. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Trevor diagnosed the issue with our home AC quickly and replaced the faulty part the same day! His communication was clear, pricing was fair, and everything was done professionally. It’s hard to find trustworthy HVAC work these days!
