If you have American Home Shield and are assigned Certified Comfort for your AC or Heater, don’t let them come. Call AHS and ask them to assign Fire & Ice. For me, Certified Comfort came out, spent 3 minutes inspecting my AC, and then left and I never heard back from them. The service tech was clearly a guy who hates his job.

My AC unit stopped working so we called our home warranty and they sent out Certified Comfort the following day (the Fourth of July) and Steve was the technician who arrived the exact time we were told they would be here. He performed his diagnostics and with in 30 minutes had my AC unit up and running. My system is over 20 years old and I was concerned we’d have to buy a new HVAC system! This company was a life saver and Steve was not only professional but was determined to fix the problem. I highly recommend going with Certified Comfort with any HVAC problems and ignore the bad reviews, they’re not only false but unfair! Thank you Steve for fixing our AC unit and allowing my family and I to enjoy a happy 4th of July!!!

I was scheduled with Certified Comfort Heating. When I got a call from this contractor he rude and unprofessional. It is like 40 degrees in my home cold all day and have a medical condition. He told me I had to be at home at a specific time, or pretty much oh well. I asked if he could come after 4pm so I could get medical treatment. So I am expected to miss my IV Infusion medical treatment, to accommodate, Certified Comfort Heating, business. Fortunately I was able talk to my home owners representative after several hours. I lodged a complain and got another contractor appointment. It matters how people are treated! Then I found the review which I CONCUR completely about the rudeness and professionalism.

Driver arrived on time about 1:20. I opened the door and said hi, the technician said lock up the dog, I replied the dog is friendly, he said lock up the dog like it was an order. I said ok and put the dog in the bedroom.. I came back to the door and said hello ,come on in. The man could not even say hello, he replied ( why am I here, what is the issue ). I told him the a/c was not working correctly. He went out to his van to gather his tools. I noticed that his van was parked in front of my neighbors house. I asked him to please back his van up. He said it was legally parked. I told him I like my neighbors and my neighbor gets home at 2. His reply was he will be long gone by then. He has not looked or touched a thing and he has already determined he will be done by 2; remember he

This company was referred by AHS after filing a claim for my AC. Steven was the technician assigned to the job and let me state that I have never been treated that bad in my 40 years of life on this planet. After he was assigned the job, he called my wife and was extremely rude on the phone and once he arrived at my residence his rudeness reached new levels. Neither Steven nor my wife had a mask on upon his arrival and instead of politely asking my wife to remain six feet away, his stated words were "I need you to go away from me" . Being the hospitable family we are, we all put our mask on and even my mother offered Steven a mask. In the face of all of this respectful behavior from my family, the rudeness continued. I arrived to the house shortly after Steven did and he was just as rude
