Josh, your technician, was awesome . . . from the moment he stepped in the door until he left. He answered SO many questions; he was a good listener and was never impatient with my questions. I had many. The only awkward moment was that he arrived at 2:00 pm for a scheduled 4:00 pm appointment. Since I had another appointment after him, it was a bit awkward for me. I don't know if he was given the wrong time or if a previous appointment cancelled. Nevertheless, I just point that out as a matter of information!

We had an additional mini split system installed before last winter and have had excellent performance results from our Mitsubishi Hyper Heat. Heating effectively no matter the temperature. Comfort Specialist stood out with their ease of communication, professionalism, and proper install. We will continue to use them in the future. May have considered separate ODU for certain reasons, but pleased nonetheless.
