5 Stars – Highly Recommend! We had a great experience with these guys! They scheduled us quickly and followed through with a confirmation call just as promised. Jim and Jim were efficient at locating and pumping our septic tank and explaining everything we needed to know. Dean, Jim and Jim Jr. were friendly, professional, and reliable. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. We’ll definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing septic services!

Called and spoke to Dean about finding a septic, he set up an appointment quickly. Both gentleman(Jim and Jim Jr) were extremely friendly, explained everything to us after locating and and pumping the septic. They found it quickly and got the job done quick. It was a great pleasure having Valley Septic perform our tank pumping. The gentlemen were very nice from the first phone call to the service visit. Called on Friday, and was cleaned out on Monday! As long as Valley is in business, we won’t be needing to look for anyone else, these are the guys to call!

My leach field was totally clogged and not working, our system is very old. The pipes were broken off and filled with dirt and the leach field pump was broken. They answered the phone the day I called and gave me a very good price over the phone and came out and fixed everything the next day! They did a great job, I will call them again if I ever need the tank drained or for any other issue. It's a big load off my mind to have everything finally working properly and I'm very grateful I found them, they are honest Christian people whom you can trust. I'll recommend them to friends and family.
