This was my first time hiring anyone to professionally clean ANY surface for me. Bryan arrived early, examined the spots needing cleaned and went above/beyond. He even deodorized the carpets...I couldn't believe how amazing all the carpets looked and smelled. My building is along 11&15 and road dirt always settles along the edges of the walls/floors and after Bryan was done I couldn't see any road dirt! Bryan was very professional, explained everything and even left the dryers on so everything would continue to dry. He not only cleaned the spots I needed, but moved furniture/items out of the way...cleaned more than I expected. I highly recommend John's Carpets & Air Duct Cleaning!

Absolutely amazing! Bryan did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our townhouse! Went above and beyond and was very reasonable on price for the amount he did! Definitely recommend and will have them back!
