I'd give this company a 100 stars out of 5 if Google would let me. One of my AC units messed up and I called a different HVAC company in Lexington to come give me a quote on getting it repaired. I was told that it would cost over $2800 to repair my unit, but was strongly urged to purchase a new HVAC system, as the malfunctioning system is over 10 years old and was likely to just turn into a money pit. Now, for context, I had used this other HVAC company to replace a different HVAC unit about 18 months prior, and had paid almost $13,000 for the unit & installation. I didn't get any other quotes for the job, and that's on me. Now fast forward back to this week, and I was quoted out the exact same heat pump unit as I had gotten 18 months before, with a less efficient furnace (80% vs 96%),
