Comfort Windows & Doors

We signed our contract with Comfort Windows and Doors in June 2024, with our custom front picture window and two side windows installed in October 2024, followed by new siding and gutters in December 2024. While the overall process had a few bumps along the way—mainly some scheduling communication challenges and a few installation issues that required follow-up visits—the company ultimately stood behind their work and made sure everything was completed properly. It did take time for all touch-ups to be finalized, but we truly appreciated their commitment to honoring their quality guarantee. LOVE LOVE LOVE MY COMFORT WINDOWS AND DOORS! I live in Webster, NY and I had my Sliding Glass Doors and Entry Door replaced by Comfort Windows and Doors back in December of 2024. I also had all my Windows replaced in July of 2025. The Windows and Sliding Glass Doors are all top of the line Signature Advantage Series with the most efficient Triple Pane Krytpon Glass Packs. Of course my wife was reluctant to do the top of the line glass packs but after seeing the performance of them keeping the house cool during hot summer days and the warmth during bitter cold winters days, she’s glad we made that decision. We had our new porch windows (6 total) AND our new front door installed on 2/23 & 2/24/26. We absolutely love 💕 everything. Comfort did my Front Entry Door in Brighton, NY. I was limited in style choices due to my HOA, but man do I love it.
