CoMo Premium Exteriors

Shawn @ CoMo Premium Exteriors is always great to work with and so patient with us. CoMo Premium Exteriors put the James Hardie siding on our home and did a FABULOUS job too! Because they were so easy to work with during that process and that they kept answering our questions, and even worked with us when an issue arose accidentally caused by one of their guys (it was an honest mistake), we keep coming back to them. They worked to make everything right with us and Shawn is always willing to give us a quick quote and then be patient when we aren't ready just yet. Honestly, every person I deal with at CoMo has been astounding in customer service and we will use them for sure again!

I am amazed I am seeing all of these 5 stars! Our experience was not so great. Just beware that after the sale is made COMO Exterior is non existent as you will be dealing with the subcontractor which I do not recall signing a contract with their subcontractor. What sold us was the promise of service after the roof shingles were replaced. Leaf guards and a weather vane was not put back properly. The subcontractor just shows at their convenience not the homeowners. One item was not done per the contract so yet another trip. The last thing discovered was a missing leaf guard. We are older and not going to get on the roof to check items + we paid for the contract to be fulfilled and correctly. Another issue was the language barrier of the subcontractor. Shawn Bedford was the rep who worked my project. I needed new gutters, and wanted the fascia and soffit aluminum wrapped. The house needed 3 additional downspouts and he had great communication with me in determining where they would be located. Work crews came when they were supposed to, and work was completed pretty quickly. This was a great experience. I am glad to have a 5 year warranty, so I can watch how this system performs and expect to have a response if there is any problem arise.

We had CoMo Premium come out to our home to give us an estimate. Scheduling the estimate was very simple and quick; they were even able to come out to the house within a couple days. The estimate did not take long. However, we never received our final estimate. I emailed the employee that came to do the estimate and never received a response. I did get a message from someone else at the company asking if I needed anything. I let her know I didn’t receive my estimate, and I did not hear back. The process to get the estimate was easy. Unfortunately I never received my estimate.

CoMo Premium Exteriors were great to work with and addressed my needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely be contacting them again for future projects!
