I moved into my new home with only a month left until the end of the year and with the cold weather already setting in. I needed to replace the old, inoperative heat pump system in the house. I called Complete Climate Control with my fingers crossed, hoping against the odds that I could get something done relatively quickly. We highly recommend Complete Climate Control for your hvac needs. We had our old Geo Thermal unit replaced with a new one. Brandon and his guys were very professional and knowledgeable . They arrived when they told us they would be at our house. They kept us updated on their progress at the end of each day. We knew we were in good hands and had no worries.

We had tried every company we could to help us get our furnace going. We have our grandchildren living with us 3 toddlers and a special needs (non-verbal Autism) Complete was the only one that responded to help us. Lance was amazing he came in within a minute he knew exactly what was wrong. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He had us up and running in no time. I appreciate everything Complete did, from the phone call to the prompt arrival and speedy repair. You have earned our business we will be loyal customers.

I called three local companies in Clinton County for an estimate on a new heating system. We needed a back-up system installed to work with our outdoor wood furnace, which has been our sole heating source for 20yrs. (We're getting older.) Brandon's company was the only one that got back to us. That in itself put him above the rest. He was easy to work with and his crew was great. The installation of a new propane furnace went pretty smooth and we were pleased with the outcome, as well as the price. These guys were great. Fair priced, quick response time, and quick service/turnaround. Somebody was on our property within a few hours of phone call running diagnostics. It was determined our hot water tank had failed and needed replaced. New unit was delivered and installed the following morning. In addition, the owner, Brandon, came back himself at 10p when we had an issue with our AC system later that day. Would recommended 100%. Casey at office is great as well, and very responsive to phone/email.
