Melvin was the representative who gave us the estimate and provided all additional information. He was so knowledgeable and polite every time we reached out to him with additional questions. He went above and beyond what we expect in customer service. He was also understanding when we told him our budget and worked diligently to stay within our limit. They always showed up on time and performed the work within the timeframe they estimated. After discovering a small leak in the ceiling of our family room door. I was referred to Good Hands Roofing. Great recommendation! They came quickly to evaluate our problem which was discovered at the roof peak vent. Not the obvious area most would think. They showed up this morning and went right to work making the repairs. While he was here he made some quick gutter repairs we needed as well. Quality work at a fast pace. I highly recommend them to all. Very knowledgeable and quick response time, which is a must for roof issues.
