I highly recommend this business. I worked with Tim, one of the owners, and he really knows everything about the different types of flooring. I purchased a hybrid laminate. The installer who did the job was an expert and a meticulous craftsman. I could not be happier with the job. My home has a new, updated look that I love. The floor colors in the living room photo is more accurate than the one in the kitchen. The lighting was poor there.

Pleasent shopping experience, quality flooring. I've purchased carpet and had it installed and that went really well. I've also purchased a fair amount of LVP that I installed myself and after a couple of years it still looks like new. My goto place for flooring.

My husband and I bought flooring from the Factory Carpet Outlet and had an incredible experience from beginning to end! Firstly, Tim was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He showed us images of flooring on the computer, showed us samples under different lighting, and sent us home with A TON of samples because he said he would rather we see it at home than wonder what it would have looked like had we not tried it. So, 12/10 on customer service. Secondly, once we placed the order, we received phone calls every few days regarding the delivery status. We never felt like our order was forgotten or not important. Thirdly, the order came in faster than anticipated. I can't say enough good things about Tim or the Factory Carpet Outlet.

This place is AMAZING!!! Tim was over-the-top in knowledge, customer service, and just a super nice guy. He assisted us with picking out LVF. We were able to bring multiple floor samples home to view in our environment - carried them to the car and upon returning them - carried them back into the store!!! We had a question on a sample. Well....Tim called the company representative, and we had our answer in no time!!!! 😀😀 We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!! We will be repeat customers!!!

Wonderful place to do business. Tim was great, very personable, helpful, informative and understanding about our situation, needs and wants. Great prices on the vinyl flooring and carpeting we purchased. He spent over an hour with us as well as the 3 lengthy calls made the previous week. I would recommend Factory Carpet to anyone.
