We inherited an irrigation system when we bought our house, and there were several sprinkler heads that weren't working, or poorly placed. In addition, one of the lines had been cut during a fence installation. Finally, we built a raised bed garden over one of the heads (our fault, of course - hadn't used the system so didn't know it was there!. Complete Irrigation Systems came out and assessed the issues, and provided options in each case. They were generous with their time in explaining the options and how the system worked. They provided estimates and then returned for repairs.Everything is working well. Communication and scheduling with the main office with easy and efficient. Everybody we worked with was professional and personal. I would highly recommend.

For the past two services in a row, Spring start up and winterization, a technician has came out to complete the service and each time the technician didn’t attend properly to the backflow which required to use a kit. Was even more aggravating is that they don’t even use the whole kit, and had used one piece from the kit package keeping the rest of it. The technician breaks it then charges you for it. I do not recommend this company. You cannot trust their staff and you would need to keep an eye on them as they do their job. I do not plan on returning as a customer or recommending them to anyone.

I have been using this company for a few years and their customer service and technicians have always been hit or miss. They left a bunch of flags in my yard after they started my sprinkler system up and they gave me no explanation the system was not turned on, it was late in the season as it was for them to be starting up the systems. I called and spoke with Penny in the office to find out what the issues were with my sprinkler heads where all the flags were she said she didn’t have the information and that she would call the technician . That was on a Monday. she did not call me back. I proceeded to leave a voicemail the following day and then the day after that. I also sent a message through their website. I met with Bob to get an estimate on a lawn irrigation system. Bob was professional and knowledgeable. He sent his crew in to install a 10 zone sprinkler system. I have to admit having a sodded lawn it looked scary after the install but Bob assured me it would look great in time. Well one year later and my lawn looks beautiful and I have more time to do other things then water my grass. Thanks Bob for a great irrigation system and excellent customer service.
