This was my first experience with this dry cleaner, and it will definitely be my last. I brought in a white dress shirt, and it was returned with a large yellow stain that was not there before. Instead of coming back clean, my shirt was ruined. Beside that, I was requested to pay the cleaning fee regardless of results prior to taking back my shirt as it is. I trusted this business with my clothing, but the careless handling has left me very disappointed. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their clothes. 0/5

Kind of a mixed review here. My furry hood of my coat got completely burned up, ruined. I was pretty upset but when I took it in to show the older gentleman, I think the owner, he was very understanding and apologetic. He compensated me exactly what I asked, no question. For that reason, they will continue to get my business. People can make errors but it's how you deal with it that makes all the difference for me.

I didn't like the place much, i had the feeling that my clothes were not in good hands. The staff was nice enough. The location is very convenient for me, but I'm never going back there

In future I'll take my cleaning elsewhere! I've used Concord for several years (the only cleaner left in Urbana) and they were adequate until recently. Took in a couple items for stain removal and cleaning mid-April. The man working was rude from the minute I walked in. Told me it would be nearly a month before the items would be done and quoted me an outrageous price. Fast forward to when I went to pick up my items: same guy, same rude dismissive behavior, and bad attitude. Dry cleaning is too expensive to be made to feel that you're an inconvenience by bringing your business to them.

These people are terrible! Incredibly rude and don't do anything close to a good job. I would leave a 0 if I could. I brought my wedding dress there right after my wedding, they told me it would take a month. I went back 2 days later than the quoted day and my wedding dress was crumpled up in a bin and hadn't been touched. Was told to come back the first of the week, went back and dress was still sitting in the same bin. My dress had spray tan stains on it and it was left sitting there for over a month without any kind of pre-treating at all. Because of that, they had to clean it twice and the stains still are not completely gone. Then they still charged me $100! Neither I nor anyone I know have had spray tan stain clothes if they are treated promptly and properly. This place has terrible
