This company cleaned a property we rented and complained of the most absurd things- apparently one of my kids popsicles had dripped on the hardwood floor, and shampoo remnants from hair washing was left in the shower. Literally attached photos of a popsicle stick forgotten on a table, tiny non staining drops from a popsicle and shampoo liquid in a shower and a bunch of other things that would be completely routine to clean, during a house cleaning. The coffee maker glass carafe randomly cracked while we were using it which whether spontaneous or not I still felt responsible for since it occurred during our time, but they for some odd reason took it all apart and took photos saying it was left that way. They claimed linens were missing, but these linens were left clean and folded on the clo

The cleaner who was dispatched to my home did a decent job, but the office staff does not return calls promptly and does not attempt to remedy client concerns. The cleaner was scheduled for one date and yet arrived on another.
