Connoisseur Carpet, Upholstery, and Tile Cleaning

Sarti Padgett was courteous, called to narrow the window of arrival so I was prepared, arrived when he said he would, got to work, professional and detail oriented. He was honest, and adjusted the actual price downward from the anticipated price once he realized that there was not as much work as he had anticipated (who is that honest any more??). The 2 Recliners were filthy from outside workers and kids sitting on them (some kind of cloth/microfiber material), and had turned from their nearly white to nearly brown. Why did I buy white recliners? Don't ask. They are back to beautiful again! THANK YOU.

It would be one thing if these guys had only performed the miracles that they did on my carpets, but to couple that with INCREDIBLE, accommodating service deserves more than 5 stars. We, shamefully, hadn't gotten our carpets professionally cleaned for 5 years. I had assumed that the carpets in our rental were beyond cleaning and didn't want to spend the money to put lipstick on a pig, so to speak. I finally reached a breaking point, spending so much time in my home office, surrounded by old coffee stains and dirt that I reached out to Connoiesseur Carpet Cleaning. Very happy! Carpet cleaning was one of those things that we kept meaning to get around to, but putting off. We realized it was really time when getting a new sofa, and wanting to have the carpets done while the old couch was out, before placing the new one. I called several companies, with full realization that fast turnaround might not be possible, but Connoisseur was able to do my cleaning within a couple of days! They were very communicative, both over the phone and in person, about what to expect and when to expect them. My husband and I put in some effort to have everything picked up and cleared for the cleaning, and that felt well appreciated as the cleaning was very thorough. We can now sit on our new sofa and enjoy knowing that the carpets are clean and fluffy!

This is the second time I’ve had my entire home cleaned by Connoisseur and I would definitely hire them again. Price was true to estimate. Timely work. Professional staff.
