I am quite frustrated with the service provided as he had to flip the dishwasher on its side and he didn’t put anything down or ask to have anything down to protect our hardwood floors. It was also very frustrating because I tried to ask him questions on what the problem was and he was incredibly non responsive in his clipped answers. I felt uncomfortable talking to him about anything. Our hardwood floors are now all scratched up, and it was a very preventable problem. I’m incredibly upset.

I was concerned about my refrigerator leaking, but the scheduling process here was surprisingly simple. The office staff was helpful and able to schedule me for a next-day appointment. When the technician arrived, he spent the time clearing the clogged drainage pipe and even gave me a simple advice to keep it from happening again.

I had a frozen water line on my refrigerator. Konstantin, the tech was in the area and came out free of charge the same day to verify the problem. He confirmed it is not repairable and explained all other issues. Im grateful for his honesty! I would recommend using Constant Appliance Services. Thank you

The technician seemed good however there was zero follow-through. I asked them to call me with prices. There was absolutely no follow-through. I would never use him again.

Gave us a reasonable and accurate quote, placed order for parts and completed the job in record time. 3 days from first meeting to successfully completed job.
