Construction Applicators/CAC

The company was responsible for a drywall repair warranty (new build) through Ryan Homes. First, our deadline to submit a request was extended due to Covid. So we submitted a request during the extended time frame, received a call from the company to schedule an appointment for the repairs. We followed protocol, marked all the spots with blue tape, and prepped the house. They never showed up the day they scheduled us for. When I inquired as to why, they were informed that Ryan Homes didn't authorize them to do the repairs. They never contacted us to let us know, what our next steps were etc. Calling Ryan Homes, I was asked to leave a message and they would get back to us. They never did, which left my wife and I to perform all of the repairs ourselves. 1 star, for the complete lac

These guys were great. Used them for my Ryan Homes 1 year drywall repair. Showed up early, were super nice and accommodating, and made sure ever hung was covered in plastic and cleaned up. Went above and beyond. Thank you!
